On 4 November 2014, ACTAC held a meeting in Vienna, Austria hosted by ÖAMTC. During the meeting, the Clubs discussed possible joint initiatives to improve mobility.

The ACTAC members voiced their interest in carring out an awareness campaign for mileage fraud. It is an issue that has been a key topic for European Clubs. Now, the sub-region will also work to prevent this ‘invisible crime’ to protect consumers and their members.

Several of the participants also took part in the FIA Region I Middle Management Workshop, which was held alongside the meeting. Following the meeting, it is certain that ACTAC is developing ideas and projects that will make a difference, as it is when Clubs work together and across national borders that they can make the biggest impact.
