    INTERNSHIP – Communications & Projects Intern (subject to a university learning/internship agreement)

    Communications & Projects Intern

    Place: FIA Region I office in Brussels, Belgium (on-site, Brussels-based)

    Duration: 6 months, full-time (mandatory learning/internship agreement* provided by the university)

    Starting date: 02.10.2023

    Deadline for applications: 27.07.2023 (applicants will be requested to undertake a test)

    The role:

    This internship would suit a student looking to grow a variety of skills in communications and project management.

    Tasks would include but not be strictly limited to:

    • Drafting and editing articles
    • Preparing weekly newsletter
    • Designing communications deliverables (brochures, banners, social media visuals, etc.)
    • Updating websites (using WordPress)
    • Monitoring press
    • Supporting management of social media
    • Supporting pre- and post-event organisation
    • Analysing and reporting on survey results, social media and website analytics
    • Supporting communication needs for EU-funded projects

    Profile:

    University student seeking work experience in Brussels within an international team. Qualities required include a high level of English, both written and spoken, creativity; a fast learner, and a determination to get the job done right. The ideal candidate is organised, enthusiastic, with an ability to prioritise time-sensitive assignments and an eye for detail. A knowledge of Adobe Suite and html/WordPress and active social media presence is a plus. Candidates must be registered at a higher education institution to be eligible for the internship position.

     

    Candidates must have the right to work in Belgium. If you are not a student registered in a higher education institution, your application will not be considered.

    We are offering a full-time internship, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

    A 600€ stipend will be given covering a part of the living costs in Brussels.
