شهدت خدمة رخص السياقة الدولية ودفتر المرور الجمركي في الجمعية العُمانية للسيارات نقلة نوعية خلال الفترة الماضية، وذلك بعد افتتاح الموقع الجديد للخدمة داخل مركز أكتيف عُمان، برعاية صاحب السمو السيد ذي يزن بن هيثم بن طارق آل سعيد، ولي العهد. وقد ساهم الموقع الجديد في تعزيز سهولة الوصول إلى الخدمات وتوفير تجربة أكثر راحة وسلاسة للمراجعين.

كما أسهمت الإجراءات المطورة في تسريع عملية إصدار رخص السياقة الدولية بشكل ملحوظ، حيث بات الحصول عليها يستغرق بضع دقائق فقط، الأمر الذي انعكس إيجابًا على مستوى رضا المستفيدين وكفاءة تقديم الخدمة.

وشهد عام 2025 نموًا ملحوظًا في الطلب على رخص السياقة الدولية، حيث تجاوز عدد الرخص الصادرة 17,000 رخصة دولية، وهو ما يعكس الثقة المتزايدة بالخدمات المقدمة والإقبال المتنامي من قبل المواطنين والمقيمين.

وتواصل الجمعية جهودها في تطوير خدماتها من خلال العمل على إطلاق نظام إلكتروني متكامل يتيح إصدار اللياسن الدولية ودفتر المرور الجمركي إلكترونيًا، بما يتماشى مع توجهات التحول الرقمي وتسهيل الإجراءات على المستفيدين.

كما تعمل الجمعية على توسيع نطاق تقديم الخدمة عبر توفيرها في مواقع متعددة، من بينها مطار مسقط الدولي وفروع بريد عُمان، بهدف الوصول إلى شريحة أكبر من المستفيدين وتقديم الخدمة في مواقع أكثر قربًا وسهولة.

وفي إطار تعزيز تجربة العملاء، يجري العمل على توفير خدمة توصيل الوثائق مباشرة إلى المستفيدين عبر البريد، بما يختصر الوقت والجهد ويواكب أفضل الممارسات الحديثة في تقديم الخدمات.

وتؤكد الجمعية العُمانية للسيارات التزامها المستمر بتطوير خدماتها ورفع كفاءتها بما يحقق تطلعات المستفيدين ويعزز مكانتها كمزود رائد للخدمات المرتبطة بالتنقل.

The International Driving license (IDL) and Carnet de Passages services at the Oman Automobile Association have witnessed significant development over the past year, following the inauguration of the new service center at Active Oman Centre under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid The yazin bin Haitham Al Said, Crown Prince of Oman. The new location has greatly improved accessibility and convenience for customers seeking these services.

The upgraded processes have also enhanced service efficiency, enabling International Driving Permits to be issued within just a few minutes. This improvement has significantly reduced waiting times and increased customer satisfaction.

Demand for International Driving Permits continued to grow throughout 2025, with more than 17,000 permits issued during the year. This achievement reflects the increasing trust in the Association’s services and the growing need for international mobility among travelers and motorists.

As part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, the Oman Automobile Association is currently developing a fully integrated electronic system that will allow customers to apply for and obtain International Driving Permits and Carnet de Passages services online, providing greater convenience and accessibility.

The Association is also working to expand the availability of these services through additional service points, including Muscat International Airport and Oman Post locations, ensuring easier access for customers across the Sultanate.

Furthermore, plans are underway to introduce a direct delivery service through postal channels, enabling customers to receive their documents at their preferred location without the need to visit service centers.

Through these initiatives, the Oman Automobile Association reaffirms its commitment to enhancing customer experience, embracing innovation, and delivering efficient, modern services that meet the evolving needs of travelers.
