نادي السيارات السوري يعزز الحوكمة والتطوير المؤسسي

في إطار التزامه الراسخ بالتطوير المستمر وتحقيق الاستدامة المؤسسية على المدى الطويل، أطلق نادي السيارات السوري (SAC)  مبادرة شاملة لتطوير البنية التنظيمية، وذلك بالتعاون مع شركة رائدة متخصصة في خدمات التدقيق والاستشارات الإدارية والمالية.

وتهدف هذه المبادرة الاستراتيجية إلى إجراء مراجعة متكاملة وتحديث للهيكل الإداري وإطار الحوكمة والأنظمة المالية للنادي، بما ينسجم مع أفضل الممارسات الدولية والمعايير الوطنية المعتمدة. ومن خلال ذلك، يسعى النادي إلى تعزيز مبادئ الشفافية والمساءلة، والارتقاء بالكفاءة التشغيلية، وترسيخ أسس نمو مستدام ومتين على المدى البعيد.

رؤية الإدارة

هاني شعبان، رئيس نادي السيارات السوري، صرّح قائلاً:
“تعكس هذه المبادرة رؤيتنا لبناء مؤسسة حديثة ومستدامة، قادرة على تلبية احتياجات أعضائها، والمساهمة بفاعلية في تطوير قطاعات التنقل والسلامة المرورية والسياحة ورياضة السيارات في سوريا.”

الدكتور سامر خضر، المدير العام لنادي السيارات السوري، أضاف:
“من خلال مراجعة وتطوير أنظمتنا الإدارية والمالية بشكل منهجي، نعمل على ترسيخ قاعدة قوية للنمو المستقبلي، وتحسين جودة الخدمات، وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية في مختلف أنشطة النادي.

ويتطلع نادي السيارات السوري إلى مشاركة مخرجات هذه المبادرة وأفضل الممارسات الناتجة عنها مع مجتمع أندية الاتحاد الدولي للسيارات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (FIA MENA)، بما يسهم في تعزيز تبادل المعرفة والتجارب على المستوى الإقليمي خلال الفترة المقبلة.

Syrian Automobile Club Strengthens Governance and Institutional Development

As part of its steadfast commitment to continuous improvement and long-term institutional sustainability, the Syrian Automobile Club (SAC) has launched a comprehensive organizational development initiative in partnership with a leading firm specializing in auditing and financial and management consulting.

This strategic initiative aims to conduct a thorough review and enhancement of the Club’s organizational structure, governance framework, and financial systems, ensuring full alignment with internationally recognized best practices and national regulatory standards. By doing so, the Club seeks to reinforce transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency, while laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth and institutional resilience.

Leadership Perspectives

Hani Shaban, President of the Syrian Automobile Club, stated:
“This initiative underscores our vision of building a modern, forward-looking, and sustainable institution that effectively serves its members and actively contributes to the advancement of mobility, road safety, tourism, and motorsport in Syria.”

Dr. Samer Khouder, General Manager of the Syrian Automobile Club, added:
