النادي الفلسطيني يطلق خدمة رخص القيادة الدولية

في خطوة مهمة لتعزيز الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتوسيع دوره في مجال التنقل الدولي، أطلق الاتحاد الفلسطيني لرياضة السيارات والدراجات النارية خدمة إصدار رخص القيادة الدولية، وذلك بعد استكمال جميع الموافقات الرسمية وبالتنسيق مع الاتحاد الدولي للسيارات (FIA) ووزارة النقل والمواصلات الفلسطينية.

وتُعد رخص القيادة الدولية وثيقة معترفًا بها في أكثر من 195 دولة حول العالم، وتُصدر بعدة لغات معتمدة لتسهيل تنقل المواطنين وسفرهم وقيادتهم للمركبات خارج فلسطين وفق الاتفاقيات الدولية المعمول بها.

وتتميز الرخص الصادرة عن الاتحاد الفلسطيني بتطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والأمان، حيث تتضمن علامات أمنية متقدمة مضادة للتزوير وتُطبع وفق المواصفات الدولية المعتمدة من الاتحاد الدولي للسيارات.

وشكّل إطلاق هذه الخدمة إنجازًا مهمًا للاتحاد، حيث تم تسليم أول رخصة قيادة دولية لفخامة الرئيس محمود عباس، في خطوة رمزية تعكس أهمية هذا المشروع ودوره في تعزيز الحضور الفلسطيني على المستوى الدولي. كما تم تقديم نسخة لمعالي السيد محمد بن سليم، رئيس الاتحاد الدولي للسيارات، تقديرًا لجهوده المستمرة في دعم رياضة السيارات الفلسطينية.

وبالتوازي مع إطلاق الخدمة، نفذ الاتحاد حملة إعلامية وتوعوية للتعريف بأهمية رخص القيادة الدولية وشروط الحصول عليها، إلى جانب توفير إمكانية التقديم وتسديد الرسوم إلكترونيًا، بما يسهل الإجراءات ويعزز جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.

ويُعد هذا المشروع نموذجًا ناجحًا للتعاون بين المؤسسات الوطنية والاتحاد الدولي للسيارات، ويعكس التزام الاتحاد الفلسطيني بتطوير خدماته وتوسيع مساهمته في قطاع التنقل والخدمات المرتبطة به.

Palestinian Motorsport Federation Launches International Driving Permit Service

In a significant step towards expanding mobility services and enhancing support for citizens travelling abroad, the Palestinian Motorsport and Motorcycle Federation has officially launched its International Driving Permit (IDP) service following the completion of all required approvals and in coordination with the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) and the Palestinian Ministry of Transport.

The International Driving Permit is recognised in more than 195 countries worldwide and is issued in multiple languages, enabling holders to drive legally while travelling abroad in accordance with international conventions.

The permits issued by the Federation are produced according to FIA standards and incorporate advanced security features and anti-counterfeiting measures, ensuring their reliability and international acceptance.

The launch of the service marked an important milestone for the Federation. The first International Driving Permit was presented to H.E. President Mahmoud Abbas in a symbolic gesture highlighting the significance of the initiative and its contribution to strengthening Palestine’s presence within the international mobility framework. A copy was also presented to FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem in recognition of his continued support for Palestinian motorsport and mobility development.

Alongside the launch, the Federation implemented a public awareness campaign to explain the benefits and requirements of the International Driving Permit and introduced an online application and payment system to simplify the process and improve accessibility for citizens.

This initiative represents another important achievement for the Palestinian Motorsport and Motorcycle Federation and reflects its commitment to developing high-quality mobility services while strengthening engagement with the international FIA network.
