من تقديم الطلب والدفع إلكترونياً إلى التوصيل في اليوم نفسه وحتى إلى المطار… خدمات أسرع وأكثر أماناً ومرونة للمسافرين

حقق اتحاد السيارات السعودي (SAF) خطوة متقدمة في تطوير خدمات إصدار رخص القيادة الدولية (IDP) ودفاتر المرور الجمركية (CPD)، من خلال توفير تجربة رقمية متكاملة تواكب احتياجات المسافرين وتجمع بين السرعة والسهولة والأمان.

أصبح بإمكان العملاء إنجاز كامل إجراءات الإصدار إلكترونياً، بدءاً من تقديم الطلب وتحميل المستندات المطلوبة، وصولاً إلى الدفع الإلكتروني، دون الحاجة إلى زيارة مقر الاتحاد. وبعد الإصدار، يمكن توصيل الوثائق مباشرة إلى عنوان العميل، مع إمكانية توفير خدمة التوصيل في اليوم نفسه عند الحاجة.

ولخدمة المسافرين في الحالات العاجلة، يتيح النظام مرونة أكبر، حيث يمكن ترتيب توصيل الوثيقة المطلوبة مباشرة إلى المطار للمسافر الذي يحتاج إليها في اللحظات الأخيرة، بما يساعده على استكمال رحلته بأقل قدر من التعطيل.

ولا يقتصر هذا التطوير على سرعة الخدمة وسهولتها، فقد عزز الاتحاد أيضاً إجراءات الحماية ومكافحة التزوير من خلال نظام تحقق باستخدام رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR Code) المرتبط مباشرة بالموقع والنظام الرسمي للاتحاد. ويتيح النظام التحقق من بيانات الوثائق والعملاء بصورة موثوقة، مع إمكانية الاحتفاظ بالسجلات لمدة تصل إلى عشر سنوات، بما يوفر مستوى إضافياً من الموثوقية والتتبع والحماية من الوثائق غير المشروعة.

ومن خلال هذا التطوير، يقدم الاتحاد نموذجاً متميزاً لكيفية توظيف التحول الرقمي، وجودة خدمة العملاء، وأمن الوثائق لتطوير خدمات التنقل التقليدية وتقديم قيمة أكبر للأعضاء والعملاء.

From online application to same-day airport delivery, the Saudi Automobile Federation is making international travel documents faster, safer and more convenient.

The Saudi Automobile Federation (SAF) has taken a major step forward in modernising its International Driving Permit (IDP) and Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) services, creating a fully digital experience designed around the needs of today’s travellers.

Customers can now complete the entire process online from submitting their application and required documents to making payment without the need to visit the Federation’s offices. Once issued, documents can be delivered directly to the customer’s home, with same-day delivery options available when required.

For last-minute travellers, SAF has taken convenience even further: an urgently required document can be arranged for delivery directly to the airport, helping travellers get on their way with minimum disruption.

But the transformation goes beyond speed and convenience. SAF has also introduced a new QR-code verification and fraud-prevention system. The QR code links directly to the Federation’s official system, allowing issued documents and customer information to be verified securely. Records can be maintained for up to ten years, providing an additional layer of traceability, authenticity and protection against fraudulent documentation.
