    Breakfast Event: Legal Study on Eurovignette Revision

    Debate the controversial Eurovignette reforms
    with MEP Georges Bach and FIA Region I

    On 8 February 2018, FIA Region I will organise a breakfast debate to discuss whether the European Commission has sufficient legal basis to justify the extension of the Eurovignette to passenger cars. During the event, Prof. Dr. Martin Nettesheim from the University of Tübingen will present a new study entitled ‘the Reform of Directive 1999/62/EC EU Competences, Subsidiarity, Proportionality’ to lawmakers and stakeholders.
