Club news: Upgrade to the call centre of Autoklub Slovakia Assistance

At the beginning of the summer tourist season, the dispatching department of Autoklub Slovakia Assistance (ASA) was completely transformed, from the interior up to modern technical equipment that enable a constant and smooth flow of information while effectively solving the necessary interventions.

The dispatching department encompasses a call centre, alarm centre and contact centre, in short all of the departments that are in permanent contact with customers, starting from providing ordinary information until the necessary final intervention.

Dispatching is the “heart of the Club", working 24/7 all year round, all for the benefit and satisfaction of our customers. The employees working in dispatching are highly trained professionals with knowledge of at least two foreign languages, one of which is English. All of them are adapted and trained for rapid response to the call from the client until the completion of the process whether it is about providing information, solving technical problems or breakdowns.
