Club news: RACJ offers Jordanian drivers a full range of driver training

The driver training center at the Royal Automobile Club of Jordan offers extensive training courses for drivers.

 

Ongoing training is provided by means of advanced courses in slippery surfaces, road safety, ecodriving, transport of dangerous goods, advanced driving and a professional certificate for transport managers.

 

The first part of the driver training is a theoretical course, covering general topics in driving basics, general safety standards, advanced driving techniques and maneuvering. Part two of the driving course uses a simulator and teaches reaction, calculation of relay distance, economic driving, different weather conditions, among other topics. The third part of the driving course is a practical course in the field. This course includes maneuvers and evasive driving, collision, front rotation and reverse rotation.
