Club News: TACI launches the Historical Vehicle Registration Certificate

On 11 January, Touring and Automobile Club of Iran (TACI) officially launched the Historical Vehicle Registration Certificate.

 

During the ceremony, Iranian government officials and Mr. Abolghasem Iraji, the President of TACI, presented the history and objectives for the preservation of historical vehicles in Iran. They also identified the activities and future plans of the Identification and Preservation of Historical Vehicles Working Group (IPHV WG).


Five private collectors of historical vehicles were granted a “Historical Vehicle Collector's License”, and 50 Historical Vehicle Registration Certificates were presented to vintage vehicles. 45 classic vehicles with unique designs were exhibited at the venue of the ceremony.
