Club news: RACC named Leader of Customer Experience in Auto Insurance for 2015

RACC was named the Leader of Customer Experience in Auto Insurance in Spain for 2015. The award seeks to recognise the efforts of providing top quality service and ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction. In order to receive the award, the insurer needs to have been the leader in the sector in terms of customer retainment and satisfaction throughout the year.

 

The award is an initiative of STIGA, a leading Spanish market research company specialising in market measurement, analysis and improvement of customer experience. It is given in the areas of supplies, telecommunictions, financial, insurance, distribution, tourism, automobile and transport services.
