New websites for African Automobile Clubs launched by FIA Region I

Six brand new websites for African Automobile Clubs, developed over the past months with the support of a FIA Development Fund grant, were launched today (27 February) by FIA Region I – the coordinators of the project.

AA Uganda, EA Botswana, AA Zimbabwe, ATCM Mozambique, AA Namibia, and AA Kenya – all members of the FIA African Council of Touring Clubs (ACTA) – are the six participating Clubs involved.

Director General of FIA Region I, Jacob Bangsgaard, said “We are delighted that these new websites are ready to serve six of our African Clubs. This initiative should help to both strengthen the online profile of the participating Clubs, and in the long-term, to grow their membership base. It shows the real benefit of regional cooperation for our Clubs.”
