Club news: RACE creates DUCIT, the voice of the Spanish motorists

Publication date: 14 April 2015

The Royal Automobile Club of Spain (RACE) launches DUCIT, the first Spanish Observatory of Motorists. Motorists can express their opinions by participating in online surveys, and propose new ideas to improve mobility and safety. Participants will be asked questions about their daily car use on an ongoing basis, under the technical surveillance of an independent research and analysis group. They can also check periodic reports, data analysis or propose specific thematic issues through the DUCIT portal.

All motorists who live in Spain and are older than 18 years can participate in the surveys. DUCIT has already produced four studies, addressing issues such as vehicles purchase and sales, mobility and road safety. The previous studies have analysed topics such as, driving habits and the impact of economic crisis on motorists.
