Club news: RACC named 'Leader of Customer Experience in Auto Insurance 2016'

The Reial Automòbil Club de Catalunya (RACC) was awarded the Leader of Customer Experience in Auto Insurance 2016, marking the second year the Club has been given this award. It was presented by STIGA -a leading Spanish market research company in recognition for RACC’s outstanding quality in customer services.

Every year, STIGA conducts an open market study through random sampling in various provinces to improve customer experience in Spain. An award is then given to distinguish high performing organisations and compliment them for their efforts. Winning the award for the second time, strengthens RACC’s brand and helps generate customer loyalty.
