Club news: ANWB launches state-of-the-art recruitment website

On 31 August, the Royal Dutch Touring Club (ANWB) launched its new multimedia recruitment website, which is the Dutch translation of 'Working at the ANWB'. The primary goal is to become better known as a competitive employer and also streamline the recruitment process for candidates.


The site gives a multidimensional impression of ANWB as a service provider for members, a strong advocate to the government in the field of tourism and mobility, a partner in insurance and travel as well as an employer of approximately 4,800 people. Short movies made by employees support the different vacancies: future colleagues tell about their work and explain what competencies they are looking for in their department.


The candidates will have access to an account where they can follow the entire recruitment process, in order to stay up to date on their application. Special attention is given to ensure that even if the application is not successful, the candidate feels validated and might recommend the Club to others as a great place to explore opportunities.


All this is summarised in the motto 'You Count', establishing ANWB as a brand that invites and inspires, attracting competent and innovative people who value societal relevance.
