Club news: ACM launches "Keep your kids safe in the car”

In May, the Automobile Club of Moldova (ACM) launched the project "Keep your kids safe in the car” with the aim of promoting the use of child restraint systems. The Club, working with national public authorities and NGOs, is raising awareness among the population, to educate them about being responsible parents in the car.

 

During the launch event, the results of a national survey on the use of child restraint systems was presented, as well as the Club's campaign objectives and planned activities. The event was attended by national celebrities, representatives of the police, government and children from a local high school. At the end of the event, attendees received "Keep your kids in cars" giveaways to remind them of the campaign messages.

 

The project is supported by the FIA, FIA Foundation, EASST, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Patrolling Inspectorate, Ministry of Education, REPEMOL project, Theater “Oratorul” and  General Direction of Public Transport.
