Club News: The Automobile Club of Moldova raises awareness for first response in road crashes

In December 2015, the Automobile Club of Moldova in collaboration with the Global Road Safety Partnership organised a “First Response to Road Crashes” workshop in Chisinau, Moldova.  The workshop was targeted at members of the general public, drivers, car-users as well as pedestrians and aimed to enhance their knowledge about first response actions and techniques which might be of vital importance in case of a serious road accident. The training was delivered by Ms. Armine Poghosyan, TRACECA First Aid expert, the Head of First Aid Department at Armenian Red Cross Society.The event was part of the Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia (TRACECA) Road Safety II Project, which is funded by the European Commission.
