FIA Region I plans for 2011: Club Vice-Presidents meet in Skopje

Future activities planned for FIA Region I were discussed by the Vice-Presidents of European, African and Arab Motoring and Touring Clubs on 4 March at a Presidential Board meeting  for the region, hosted by the Macedonian Automobile club, Avto-Moto Sojuz Na Makedonija (AMSM).

Werner Kraus, President of Region I, chaired the meeting, which looked at the budget and agenda of future events for this year and next, including plans for the International Club Conference to be held in Estoril, Portugal from 17-21 May 2011, the upcoming FIA Middle Management Meeting  planned for Minsk, Belarus from 7-10 June 2011, the FIA General Assembly in December, and the Decade of Action events planned across Region I on 11th May 2011.

Finally, a report by the President, Werner Kraus, and Director General of Region I, Jacob Bangsgaard, looked at the changes which have been made in the structure of the Brussels FIA office which now hosts the Region I headquarters as well as the European Bureau office.
