Study on Compensation of victims of cross-border road traffic accidents

European Commission has now published the study on Compensation of victims of cross-border road traffic accidents in the EU: Comparison of national practices, analysis of problems and evaluation of options from improving the position of cross-border victims. This study was commissioned by the Commission as a result of an undertaking given in the Rome II Regulation at the instigation of Parliament's delegation (rapporteur: Diana Wallis).
