Car Scrapping Schemes, the European Commission in a hurry?

Brussels, Monday 16th February, the European Commission convened at short notice a Car Scrapping Schemes Seminar to assess progress with the implantation of national schemes EU wide. This action forms part of a raft of actions foreseen within the framework of the Commission’s European economic recovery plan published 26 November 2008 targeting the European automotive industry.
