The Hrvatski Autoklub (HAK) provided the Children’s Home in Zagreb with new car safety equipment including child car seats.

At their meeting with Jasna Ćurković Kelava, director of the Children’s Home, Krešimir Viduka and Eva Kostevc from the HAK  briefed the director on the Club’s activities on road safety. They presented the “Safe Embrace” project aiming to increase the use of Child Seats, supported by the FIA Road Safety Grant Programme.

In collaboration with the “Parents in Action” Association,  HAK organised an educational training for the drivers of the Children’s Home, focusing on the proper use of the child safety seat and the safe transport of children.

The Club strongly believes that these initiatives will contribute significantly to traffic safety and minimise the number of young traffic victims.
