Club News: BKA creates a festive mood for kids with road traffic injuries

    20 November 2017

On the eve of New Year and Orthodox Christmas, the Bellarussian Auto Moto Touring Club (BKA), with the Road Traffic Police and Minsk Palace of Children and Youth, brought the festive spirit to a city hospital in Minsk to cheer up children that had been injured in road accidents.

The visit began with a theatrical performance with songs and dances around the Christmas tree. The BKA team talked with children about road safety, demonstrating how to cross the road correctly and the importance of being visible on the road. They also had fun quizzes and competitions on road safety for children.

BKA made sure that the children enjoyed the holidays in spite of the fact that they were spending in hospital. All the children received presents from the BKA and Road Traffic Police: sweets, brochures, posters, stationery and more. The main gift that the BKA gave the children was the New Year’s mood and warm memories.
